TERMS:

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, associated companies, retailers, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

Promoter:
We are The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant Ltd (“The Alchemist”, “us”, “we”, “our”). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under registration number 06957833 and we have our registered office at The Alchemist, Chadsworth House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, England, SK9 3HP. We are registered with the UK supervisory authority, Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”), in relation to our processing of Personal Data under registration number ZA097140.

Promotional Period:
Qualifying purchases must be made between 02/01/2026 and 31/01/2026 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Purchases made after 31/01/2026 will not be eligible and will not generate a coupon.

How to Participate:
To receive a coupon, participants must purchase one eligible TRIP multipack and one eligible non-alcoholic spirit in a single transaction, in participating UK stores during the Promotion Period.

Coupon Issue & Use:
a. On completing a qualifying purchase, the participant will receive one (1) physical coupon.
b. One coupon per person during the Promotion Period.
c. The coupon entitles the holder to one (1) complimentary mocktail at The Alchemist, selected from the four exclusive TRIP January mocktails available at participating Alchemist venues. Eligible mocktails include: GRAPEFRUIT ZEN, LAVA LUME, CALM TIDE & MIND MULE.
d. The coupon is valid for redemption 02/01/2026 – 03/02/2026 (allowing one additional week beyond the purchase window).
e. The physical coupon must be presented at the venue to redeem the complimentary drink. Photocopies, scans or digital versions will not be accepted.
f. The coupon can only be used once and will be retained by The Alchemist at the point of redemption.

Redemption Locations:
Coupons may be redeemed at participating Alchemist bar locations within the UK. Please check venue availability and opening times before travelling.

Limitations & Restrictions:
a. No cash alternative, refund, or credit is available.
b. Coupon cannot be combined with any other offer, menu promotion, or discount.
c. Coupon is non-transferable and must only be used by the original recipient.
d. The Alchemist reserves the right to refuse service if a customer appears intoxicated or engages in unsafe behaviour.
e. Mocktail availability may vary by venue; the Promoter accepts no responsibility for venue-specific availability issues.

General:
a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen coupons; replacements will not be issued.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
c. Participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon taking part in the promotion.
d. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
e. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
f. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data Protection:
No personal data is collected by the Promoter for the purposes of issuing or redeeming the coupon. Any data processed by the retailer or The Alchemist will be handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
