It’s no secret that katsu curry is a favourite dish of ours at The Alchemist. So, when Tilda told us that 21% of Londoners said they loved eating katsu curry when dining out – but wouldn’t be confident cooking it at home – we wanted to share some tips and tricks for making a mouth-watering katsu curry midweek, without the hassle.
