A classic Piña Colada is typically a blended concoction of five key ingredients; white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice & sugar syrup.

You’ll need:

• 30ml Koko Kanu
• 25ml Wray Nephew
• 15ml lime juice
• 40ml pineapple juice
• Dash of sugar syrup

• 25ml of coconut cream
• Cardamon leaf (or lime/pineapple)

Now, let’s get to it:

1. Before anything else, make your own sugar syrup. 1 part hot water and 2 parts sugar. mix until clear. Allow it to cool.
2. Pour 30ml of Koko Kanu into the glass
3. Then add 25ml of Wray Nephew
4. 15ml lime juice
5. 40ml pineapple juice
6. Add a dash of sugar syrup ­­
7. Then 25ml coconut cream
8. Blend with ice
9. Fill your glass then add a cardamon leaf, lime or pineapple
