Bar Termini (London) – Robusto
Campari, rosso, gin all cooked in a sous-vide for four hours to deepen and intensify the flavour – it also seems to soften the alcohol resulting in an incredibly rich drink with a subtly sweet finish.
Night Jar (London) – Marmalade 2
A Moroccan and Turkish twist on a classic Negroni, mixed with Tanqueray gin infused with Turkish apple, homemade aperitivo marmalade, Aperol, sugar and juiced clementine.
Le Syndicat (Paris) – Raspberry Negroni
Comes accompanied with an alcoholic lolly made downstairs in their in-house laboratory.
Cafe Du Nord (San Francisco) – Ants on Ligroin
A savory mix of Campari, Rutte Celery Gin, peanut-infused Cizano 1757, scotch, and poached golden raisin garnish
Disrepute (London) – The Sergioni
25 Doorly’s xo, 25 suze, 25 yellow chartreuse, 1 dash orange bitters, lemon twist
The Alchemist (UK) – Barrel aged Negroni
Aged for 3 months in a Port soaked barrel. A softly sweetened but rich negroni with the an oaked finish. Garnish with grapefruit zest
