You’ll never catch us saying our Negroni is the best. We’re Alchemists. Experimentation is in our DNA. So we certainly strive to make the best Negroni in London. But whether or not we succeed- guess you’ll have to come and find out for yourselves.What we will say is this…
You’ve just arrived at the UK’s first permanent Negroni bar by Campari. They’ve had a few trips around the sun. 165 of them, to be exact. We also suspect they’ve sipped their fair share of Negronis during those trips. And they chose to touch down at our house in Monument.
The result is the fusion of two realms that seemed destined to be in each other’s paths from the word “ignition”. It’s what happened when a fiery orb of Red Passion collided with our mystical world of Theatre, Served.

Monument is the gateway to the City of London. Being in this orbit gives us the perfect opportunity to align Campari’s timeless elegance with your discerning, well-travelled palates. To bring you a Negroni that rivals anything you may have tasted in Milan, Paris or New York. But it’s also your portal to the East. The ideal space station on your cosmic journey to Old Street, Shoreditch, Hoxton and beyond.
Last but not least- she’s a stunner, ain’t she?
The gold ceilings. The red-tinged mirrors. The terrazzo floors in classic Alchemist hues. The deep, plush, soft velvet banquettes fit for The Queen of Planet Disco. It’s giving Barbarella hanging out at Studio 54 in its ‘70s heyday. A jewellery box holding a sexy little ruby of a Negroni bar. So the quest for the best Negroni in London may well start here.
But whether it also ends here… well, that’s not for us to say- it’s for you to find out.
